When undertaking a Talent Results Survey, your organisation's identity will not be disclosed to any other participating organisation.

Staff member confidentiality

No one in a participating organisation has access to individual staff member responses. Information provided to an organisation is a summary of collated responses from all respondents only. Your honest feedback will help to ensure that your employers can respond to key staff issues, strengthen their reputation as an employer of choice and meet or exceed client expectations.
